What is covered by warranty?

We offer a two-year warranty from the date your order is received, covering any defects or issues resulting from the craftsmanship or materials of your jewelry.

Our warranty covers:
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Issues resulting from our workmanship

Our warranty does NOT cover:
✘ Lost or stolen items
✘ Normal wear and tear, including scratches, natural patina, or fading of metals and gemstones over time
✘ Damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force
✘ Any repairs or modifications done by a third-party jeweler or service outside of TEASES

We craft our jewelry to be worn every day — when properly cared for, it will last for years to come.


How do I submit a warranty claim?

  1. Contact our Customer Care team with your original order number, clear photos of the piece, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you’ll need to send the impacted piece back to us for a quality assurance check.

  3. If the item is in stock, we’ll gladly replace it with the same piece.

  4. If the exact item is unavailable due to discontinuation or inventory limits, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the original purchase price.


Important to know

  • Items purchased through authorized third-party partners may follow a separate warranty policy — please check the details from your point of purchase.

  • Any post-purchase modifications or repairs by a non-TEASES jeweler will void our warranty.

  • Complimentary or promotional items may be excluded from our standard warranty policy.
