- For in-stock pieces, orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
- Made-to-order and pre-order pieces may take longer to craft, but you’ll receive clear updates at every step.
- All shipments are fully insured and handled by our trusted logistics partners to ensure your jewelry arrives safely, wherever you are.
- Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your unique tracking number.You can use this link anytime to see real-time updates on your shipment. - In-stock: The piece is ready to ship immediately from our atelier or local warehouse.
- Shipping later: The piece is currently in production or reserved, and will ship on the estimated date indicated on the product page.
- Made-to-order: The piece will be handcrafted just for you once you place your order — these unique creations take more time, but we believe they’re worth the wait.
You’ll receive clear timing estimates before checkout and regular updates until your piece arrives.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
- We offer complimentary 30-day returns for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany — starting from the day your order is delivered or picked up in-store. If for any reason you’re not completely in love with your piece, we’ll make the return process as seamless as possible.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items must include all original packaging (tags, box, pouch, certificates if applicable).
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- For Lab Grown Diamond pieces, the original certification must be included.
- Orders must be returned from the same country in which they were purchased.
- Returning your order is simple:
1) Log in to your account and locate the order.
2) Follow the instructions to generate your free return shipping label.
3) Pack your jewelry securely with all original packaging.
4) Drop it off at the designated carrier — all shipments are insured. Our Customer Care team is always here if you need help.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the funds back to your account.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- We recommend wearing your jewelry with care and removing it before any high-impact activities. Store each piece separately in its original pouch or box to prevent scratches. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or household cleaners. To maintain your jewelry’s natural shine, gently wipe it with a soft polishing cloth after each wear.
- Use the polishing cloth provided with your TEASES piece to gently buff the metal surface. Avoid excessive rubbing on gemstones or delicate settings — a light touch is all you need. Do not wash your polishing cloth, as it’s treated with a special solution to help maintain your jewelry’s brilliance.
- We offer a printable ring sizing guide and tips on measuring your finger at home. For the most accurate fit, we always recommend visiting a trusted local jeweler to have your finger professionally sized. If you’d like personalized sizing advice before you order, our Customer Care team is happy to help.
- At this time, we offer a curated collection of designs that can be engraved or monogrammed when noted on the product page. Fully bespoke or custom-designed pieces are not available yet — but we love hearing your ideas and are always exploring new ways to bring unique, meaningful pieces to life.
GIFTING
- Yes — we offer digital gift cards in various amounts so your loved ones can choose exactly what they love. TEASES gift cards are delivered by email and include easy instructions for redeeming at checkout. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
- Simply enter your unique gift card code during checkout in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field. Your balance will be applied automatically to your order total. If your order amount is less than your gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay available for your next purchase.
- Absolutely. All TEASES orders arrive in our signature packaging — elegant yet discreet — with no pricing information included inside the parcel. For extra peace of mind, your jewelry is fully insured during shipping and always presented beautifully, ready to gift.
- Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout, and we’ll ensure your piece arrives beautifully presented with our signature box, pouch, and polishing cloth. If you’d like a gift receipt, just let us know at checkout or contact our Customer Care team — we’re happy to include one without showing prices.
PAYMENT
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure checkout through PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay where available. All payments are processed in your local currency whenever possible for a smooth experience.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
- You can enter your discount or promo code during checkout in the “Discount Code” field. Only one discount code can be used per order, and it must be applied at the time of purchase — discount codes cannot be added retroactively. Some exclusions may apply; please check the offer details for more information.
