We want every order to arrive beautifully — and to make returns as easy as possible when needed.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (holidays, promotions) please allow up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping on all orders over $150, worldwide. No promo code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Teases price.
Packaging
Every order is packed in a Teases gift box, tissue-wrapped and ready to give. If this is a gift, you can add a personal message at checkout — we will include a handwritten note at no extra charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
If something is not right, you can return unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
How to Return
- Email hello@teases.ca with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back using a tracked service.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. On approved warranty claims, Teases covers return shipping in both directions.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present on delivery
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
- Sale items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size, style, or item of equal or greater value. Start the process the same way as a return — email us and we will sort it out.
