Necklace Length Guide
Not sure which length to order? Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string to measure around your neck where you’d like the necklace to sit. Add 2–4 inches for comfortable drape.
| Length | Where it falls |
|---|---|
| 14” – 16” | Base of the neck |
| 18” | Just below the collarbone — most versatile |
| 20” – 22” | Below collarbone, above bust |
| 24” – 30” | On or below the bust |
| 32”+ | Below the bust; can be doubled |
- 18” (princess) is the most common everyday length and suits most necklines.
- For layering: choose lengths at least 2” apart — e.g. 16” + 18” + 20”.
- Pendant necklaces sit lower than the stated length — size down one step if you prefer a higher position.
- Most TEASES necklaces include a 1–2” extender. Check the product page for the exact range.
Bracelet Size Guide
How to measure
- Wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone — where a bracelet naturally sits.
- Note the measurement where the ends meet. This is your wrist circumference.
- Add ¾”–1” for a standard comfortable fit. Most TEASES chain bracelets have an adjustable extender — check the product page for the exact range.
| Wrist circumference | Snug fit (+½”) | Standard fit (+¾”) | Relaxed fit (+1”) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5.5” (14 cm) | 6” | 6.25” | 6.5” |
| 6” (15 cm) | 6.5” | 6.75” | 7” |
| 6.5” (16.5 cm) | 7” | 7.25” | 7.5” |
| 7” (18 cm) | 7.5” | 7.75” | 8” |
| 7.5” (19 cm) | 8” | 8.25” | 8.5” |
Ring Size Guide
Method 1 — Paper strip
- Cut a narrow strip of paper and wrap it around the base of the finger you’ll wear the ring on.
- Mark where the paper overlaps, lay it flat, and measure in millimeters.
- Match the measurement to the chart below. If between sizes, size up.
Method 2 — Existing ring
- Choose a ring that already fits the correct finger well.
- Lay a strip of paper flat inside the ring and mark the inner circumference, or use a soft tape measure around the inside of the band.
- Measure the length in millimeters and match it to the chart below.
| US / CAN size | Circumference (mm) |
|---|---|
| 5 | 49.3 |
| 5.5 | 50.6 |
| 6 | 51.9 |
| 6.5 | 53.1 |
| 7 | 54.4 |
| 7.5 | 55.7 |
- Fingers are largest at the end of the day and in warm weather — measure then for the most accurate result.
- Your dominant hand’s fingers are often slightly larger.
- For wide-band rings (5mm+): size up half a size — wider bands fit more snugly.
- Solid gold rings can be resized by a professional jeweler. Rings with stones all the way around cannot.
Earring Guide
Earrings don’t follow a numbered size chart. Dimensions on each product page tell you exactly how a piece will sit. Here’s how to read them.
Studs
Size refers to the stone or setting diameter. A 6mm stud is minimal and barely visible at a distance. 10mm+ reads clearly across a room.
Huggie hoops
Size is the inner diameter — how tightly the hoop hugs the lobe. 10mm sits flush against the lobe on most people. 14mm sits slightly lower and has a touch more movement.
Hoops
Size is the outer diameter. 20mm is a subtle everyday hoop. 30mm+ is a clear statement. All hoop dimensions are listed on the product page.
Drop & dangle
Measured from the top of the ear wire to the lowest point of the piece. Under 15mm is close to the lobe. 20–35mm creates movement. 35mm+ is a full statement piece.
